About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Squaar. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing complex projects. You will be responsible for defining, planning, and executing projects, as well as ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business, and external partners, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, business, and external partners.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are met, including documentation, testing, and deployment.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong background in managing complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of IT project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
