About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Squaar. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including IT staff, business stakeholders, and vendors
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Monitor and report on project progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project goals are met
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, and to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Excellent business acumen, with a strong understanding of business operations and processes
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in IT project management tools and methodologies
