Business Manager - Customer Solutions France

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our Origination and Portfolio Management team, you will be responsible for driving profitability and operational excellence in our Market Access and Origination business in France.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive profitability by analyzing the entire value chain of the business and implementing improvement projects to increase value or reduce cost within Statkraft
  • Identify operational issues in the French Market Access and Origination business, prioritize, and facilitate action across Statkraft departments to mitigate and overcome structural problems
  • Stay on top of regulatory changes affecting our business and ensure timely implementation
  • Participate and represent the team in operational projects and cross-functional groups
  • Drive continuous improvement in our contracts and internal processes
  • Support the Head of Origination France in end-to-end origination business administration and strategy development, ensuring the business is run in a well-controlled and efficient way
Requirements:
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Previous experience in energy markets, particularly exposure to origination-related products and internal operational processes
  • Previous experience as a consultant or project manager is an advantage
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex problems and structure solutions
  • Project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of motivation, structured way of working, and ability to get things done
  • Fluent in English and French
