Implementation Manager

HSBC is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Manager to join our Global Trade and Receivables Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and client onboarding of structured transactions across our range of Global Trade & Receivables Finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end implementation of Structured Finance deals, including Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, and Asset Based Lending.
- Project manage and perform accurate set up instructions and oversight of successful completion.
- Ensure close and effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including GTRF Frontline and structuring, Coverage, and Global functions.
- Drive cross-business collaboration to ensure strategy alignment and enhance efficiency.
- Establish effective mechanisms for sharing best practices to enable a consistent approach and appropriate escalation of information to senior management.
- Knowledge of Trade Finance structures at a global level, including experience in Receivables Finance, supply chain, pre-export finance, and/or commodity finance.
- Knowledge of project management techniques.
- High level of drive and motivation to ensure successful delivery of complex deals and keen interest in long-term client portfolio management to deliver best-in-class service.
- Proactive attitude, keen to learn, and flexibility to adapt for each client requirement.
- Internal/external stakeholder management, including but not limited to Operations, Technology, and Client Service, across a diverse region and at senior client level.
- Result-driven, able to perform risk analysis with a consistent track record of on-time/on-quality delivery.
- Work independently and under pressure, using strong judgmental skills to identify and resolve complex problems, manage ambiguity, and adhere to timelines, ensuring high-quality output.
- Excellent written and oral communication, ability to articulate and detail, if necessary, issues to all levels.
- Ability to filter and prioritize multiple demands, resolve conflicts, and develop consensus.
