- Ensure consistency in recruitment processes, employer branding, and candidate experience across all geographies.
- Implement and manage cutting-edge recruitment technologies and systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive informed decisions, measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and continuously improve talent acquisition processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR business partners, hiring managers, and executives, to ensure alignment on talent needs and expectations.
- Manage the global talent acquisition budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while delivering high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a global or multinational organization, preferably within the IT/Digital or technology consulting sectors.
Global Perspective: Extensive experience managing talent acquisition across multiple countries and regions, with a deep understanding of local hiring practices, regulations, and cultural nuances.
Leadership: Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Innovation: Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies, social media platforms, and other digital tools to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and external partners.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Languages: Proficiency in French and English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
