Global Demand Planner

NAOS Bio, a leading international player in the skincare industry, is seeking a skilled Global Demand Planner to join their team on a permanent contract. The successful candidate will be based in Lyon, France, and will be responsible for building, analyzing, and integrating replenishment forecasts for all countries and brands to ensure optimal stock levels and maximize cash flow, sales, and service rates within an 18-month horizon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate statistical forecasts in line with commercial and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define product launch profiles and ensure quality country forecasts.
- Influence statistical forecasts with life cycle management information.
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators, including purchase forecast accuracy and order analysis versus forecast.
- Establish close collaboration with markets to identify risks and opportunities that may impact product availability.
- Organize demand reviews with top countries and collect, analyze, and validate replenishment needs of subsidiaries and distributors.
- Share and support best practices to be implemented within subsidiaries, including KPIs, sales forecasts, stock policies, and local S&OP.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain with a proven interest in dermo-cosmetics.
- Graduate of higher education (Master's degree) in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in demand forecasting tools (APO/IBP, Futurmaster, etc.) and management software (ERP, SAP, etc.).
- Strong communication, analytical, and synthesis skills, as well as teamwork and organizational abilities.
