About the Role

We are launching a new startup in partnership with a large company, aiming to simplify HR teams' and employees' lives by managing their benefits more efficiently.

The Chief Product and Technology Officer will be responsible for defining and executing both product and technology strategies for this startup. This role combines strategic vision, deep technical expertise, and strong product management skills to lead cross-functional teams in developing innovative solutions and ensuring a robust technological infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technology Leadership
    • Lead the architecture and development of technology platforms to drive business growth and innovation.
    • Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of technology solutions to meet the needs of the business.
    • Implement agile development practices and continuous delivery processes to improve efficiency and quality.

    • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead and inspire technology and product teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation to drive business success.
    • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in both technology and product management to ensure a strong and skilled team.

    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a technical and product leader, ideally in a startup or similar role with responsibilities across both technology and product domains.
    • Strong expertise in software development, architecture, and product management to drive business growth and innovation.
    • Ability to challenge and motivate a team, focusing on personal and professional development to drive business success.
    • Strategic vision and the skill to align product initiatives with business plans to drive growth and revenue.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to drive business success.
