At Paris Baguette USA Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Training and Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our training and development strategy to support the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of training professionals to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support the growth of our business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our training programs are integrated with our business operations and support the achievement of our business objectives.
- Manage the training budget and ensure that our training programs are delivered in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors and partners to ensure that we have access to the best training resources and expertise.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- 7-10+ years of progressive training and development experience in a fast-paced and rapidly growing retail environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; master's degree is a plus.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of training professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
