Event Sales Manager

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Event Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate and execute events, including menu planning, room setup, and logistics
- Manage event budgets, contracts, and timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of hotel event sales/event planning experience
- Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel and/or food & beverage experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
