Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bell/Valet Attendant to join our team at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle. As a Bell/Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient arrival experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing a positive first impression of the hotel.
  • Luggage Handling: Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring a smooth and effortless check-in process.
  • Parking and Retrieval: Park and retrieve guests' vehicles safely and efficiently, maintaining a secure and organized valet area.
  • Information Provision: Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Guest Inquiries: Assist with guest inquiries and special requests, aiming to exceed their expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy entrance and lobby area, ensuring a welcoming ambiance for guests.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.

Requirements:

  • Authorization: Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA.
  • Driver's License: Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.
  • Availability: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
