Director of Medical FacilityWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director to lead the establishment and operation of a brand new medical facility in Romainville. This state-of-the-art center will encompass 700 m2 dedicated to providing comprehensive medical, dental, and physiotherapy services.
Your Responsibilities:- Oversee the successful launch and ongoing management of the medical facility.
- Implement efficient systems for stock management, appointment scheduling, and billing procedures.
- Lead the recruitment and training of a skilled team of healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers and ensure seamless claims processing.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that prioritizes patient care and satisfaction.
- Proven experience as a Coordinator or Director of a healthcare facility.
- A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of medical and dental practices, regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
