About the Role:

TuneCore, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting the local finance team in the coordination of HQ requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the local finance team to ensure seamless execution of HQ requests
  • Develop and implement lean and agile processes to adapt to new business models
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including COEs and external partners, to drive integration and standardization
  • Design and formalize standardized integration processes, including the development of the Group Integration Manual
  • Lead the execution of the integration program for the Finance function, including support for subsidiary creation programs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' higher education and 5-9 years' experience in project management, audit, or a similar role in a consulting firm or finance department
  • Strong project management expertise with a focus on cross-functional finance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Visio
