Gan Assurances, a subsidiary of Groupama, is a human-sized company that, through a collective of 5,000 people, is the 5th largest network of General Agents in France.
We are looking for a Data Migration Expert to join our DataLab team, where you will be responsible for transversal projects. You will work on optimizing the data architecture of commercial management and developing dedicated datamarts with the 4 other DATA ANALYSTS of the team (data architecture, references, process rationalization, industrialization…)
You will ensure the refactoring of reporting tools and, in particular, the coherence of QLIK applications developed by the service (migration of the existing, uniform functioning of applications, same dataviz to facilitate user understanding).
Based on the analyses carried out, you will contribute to the identification of good practices and actions to share with business teams and DCR, such as the subject of the impacts of commercial levers with the Commercial Directorate (action co, envelope, agency structure).
According to the news and major projects of Gan Assurances, respond to requests and ad hoc studies.
You are a graduate of a BAC + 5 in decision-making analysis. You justify a first experience of at least 10 years as a Data Manager. You are an expert in the SAS / Excel - VBA language. An experience on Dataviz, QLIK View / QLIK Sense or ORACLE BI would be a plus.
You are recognized for your analytical and critical thinking skills, your experience in decision-making fields: construction of data architectures, restitution via applications or dashboards, studies and analyses.
