About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of our PLM software solutions. As a key member of our EuroCentral Services organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of customer projects, delivering committed value, and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support during presales, assessing program needs, planning, staffing, risk management, project structure, governance, and more.
  • Lead or contribute to statement of work content definition for the program, adhering to statement of work standards.
  • Create and manage a project plan and scope throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Manage and provide guidance to the project team.
  • In charge of project P&L, driving all associated activities and resources to guarantee committed quality, margin, and scheduling criteria.
  • Ensure maximum reuse of existing best practices and create new ones.
  • Establish appropriate actions and plans to guarantee confidentiality and IP protection.
  • Optimize resource utilization on the scope of the project while ensuring work-life balance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management activities, preferably in the Services & consulting industry.
  • Project Management skills, including Scrum master and PMI certification, with experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in German and English, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-disciplined and business ownership mindset, with the ability to forecast, plan, manage, document, and deliver on time.
  • Business ownership mindset to monitor revenue streams and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel to customers in the D-A-CH region is mandatory for this role.
