About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of our PLM software solutions. As a key member of our EuroCentral Services organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of customer projects, delivering committed value, and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support during presales, including assessing program needs, planning, staffing, risk management, and project structure.
  • Lead or contribute to the definition of statement of work content for the program, adhering to SOW standards.
  • Create and manage project plans and scope throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and provide guidance to project teams.
  • Oversee project P&L, driving activities and resources to meet quality, margin, and scheduling criteria.
  • Ensure maximum reuse of existing best practices and create new ones.
  • Establish actions and plans to guarantee confidentiality and IP protection.
  • Optimize resource utilization while ensuring work-life balance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the services and consulting industry.
  • Project management skills, including Scrum master and PMI certification, with experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in German and English, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-disciplined and business ownership mindset, with ability to forecast, plan, manage, document, and deliver on time.
  • Business ownership mindset to monitor revenue streams and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel to customers in the D-A-CH region is mandatory for this role.
