Job Title: General Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled General Manager to lead our luxury hotel, Sofitel Brussels Europe, as part of the prestigious Accor Hotels portfolio. As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our hotel, driving our team towards excellence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Hotel Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service excellence, quality assurance, and guest satisfaction.
  2. Leadership and Team Management: Lead, inspire, and mentor the management team and staff, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  3. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational efficiency, aligning with the brand's vision and values.
  4. Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest receives a personalized and bespoke service that exceeds their expectations, creating lasting memories and loyalty.
  5. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards for luxury hospitality, mitigating risks and maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience in the luxury hotel or hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  2. Qualifications: Demonstrated track record of operational excellence, including successful financial management, quality assurance, and guest satisfaction in a luxury hotel environment.
  3. Skills and Competencies: Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, hands-on leadership, outstanding communication skills, strategic thinking, and robust business acumen.
