Key Responsibilities- Lead, inspire, and mentor the management team and staff to promote an environment of collaboration and excellence.
- Build lasting, positive relationships with all stakeholders, including hotel owners, employees, management company, and social partners/employee representation.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive financial management, quality assurance, and guest satisfaction in a luxury hotel environment.
- Proven experience in leading significant hospitality teams, with a focus on training, mentoring, and developing staff to achieve excellence in service delivery.
- Hands-On leadership with change management skills, adept at building and maintaining relationships with guests, staff, corporate partners, social partners, and the local community.
- Fluency in English and French languages, with a collaborative management style and entrepreneurial spirit.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience in the luxury hotel or hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Demonstrated track record of operational excellence, including successful financial management, quality assurance, and guest satisfaction in a luxury hotel environment.
