Senior Frontend Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our R&D team at Qlik. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and building new features that meet customer needs and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with peers to design and develop new features, ensuring they meet customer needs and enhance user experience.
- Work with a diverse team of software engineers and domain experts to deliver critical functionalities that support our evolving data preparation vision.
- Develop cross-platform and cross-browser features, leveraging cloud-scale architecture to build performant and user-friendly software products.
- Evaluate new technologies, ensuring the performance, maintainability, and reliability of our software systems.
- Implement software engineering best practices, from Design System to CI/CD, passing through automation to monitoring and security.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in similar roles, building production-quality software in large-scale data, distributed environments, and rich UIs.
- Experienced with React, Typescript, or any modern JS framework.
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Mastery in developing responsive front ends, design patterns with performance and scalability in mind.
- Experience with large frontend codebases, mono-repo, micro frontends.
- Experience with React design patterns, state management techniques, performance optimization.
- Knowledge in containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) and Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
