The Role

We are seeking a customer service-oriented IT Technician to join our IT department, working under the responsibility of our IT manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering technical queries, offering advice to solve issues, and performing the following tasks:

  • Monitoring and development of computer parks
  • Providing support and proximity assistance to information system users
  • Identifying and correcting incidents detected on different computer supports
  • Planning, preparing, and configuring different computer hardware
  • Administration in a Windows environment
  • Network administration and supervision
  • Prevention and management of level 2 and possibly level 3 incidents
  • Writing of operating procedures
  • Detection and analysis of security events
  • Keeping up-to-date technical documentation of systems and networks
  • Producing activity, performance, and security reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum level of study: BAC+2 IT networks & systems or equivalent acquired through professional experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
  • A sense of service and perfect elocution
  • Rigorous and organized
  • Autonomous and responsive
  • Sensitive to the quality of service and customer relationship
  • Communication in English is mandatory
  • Certifications in system, network, cybersecurity will be appreciated
  • A personal interest in IT/Cyber fields is a plus
