We are seeking a seasoned Technical Business Solutions Expert to join our team at All European Careers. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in business analysis and technical expertise.
Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:As a Technical Business Solutions Expert, you will play a crucial role in working closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, prioritise, analyse and validate business needs and solution requirements.
- You will be responsible for producing and maintaining business analysis outputs, including use cases, requirements, mock-ups, user stories, and data models;
- You will assist the Team Coordinator/ Release manager to maintain the product and iteration backlogs;
- You will work with Agile Project Management tools / DevOps platform (e.g., Azure DevOps);
- You will support the business analyst, project manager and business stakeholders with decision making;
- You will prepare and maintain the software requirement specification;
- You will workshop organisation and facilitation (on-site or online);
- You will conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis;
- You will produce technical documents;
- You will review and editing of technical documentation authored by others;
- You will writing and maintaining technical and end-user documentation for information systems during and after their development;
- You will verifying the technical and end-user documentation against applications;
- You will producing IT technical documentation in the context of Proof of Concepts and Feasibility Studies;
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor or Master degree, +5/+7/+9 years relevant experience in business analysis, good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.), good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value, knowledge of Enterprise Architect is an advantage, strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis, good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes, advanced knowledge of industry Business Analysis best practice (e.g. BABOK), UML Excellent knowledge, advanced knowledge of Agile Project Management practices (e.g. DevOps, Scrum), ability to understand new business contexts, ability to collect requirements remotely using appropriate techniques (e.g. MS Teams) to achieve a high quality of documented requirements, analytical skills and problem solving abilities, ability to understand and to efficiently summarise large quantities of information, good knowledge of current IT domain in general, up to date with the latest in technology, meeting organisation and facilitation skills, excellent presentation skills, knowledge of and valid certification in at least one Agile Project Management methodology (e.g. DevOps, Scrum, Agile Practitioner) is advantageous, experience working with work item management tools (e.g. DevOps Azure).
