Case Management Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Case Management Team Lead to join our team at Adecco Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the case management process, ensuring compliance with client contract agreements and Adecco policy. Your duties will include assigning cases to Branch Ops Specialists, generating new hire paperwork, and conducting background checks. You will also be responsible for identifying and documenting training gaps, notifying managers of compliance concerns, and assisting with training new hires. Key Responsibilities
* Assign cases to Branch Ops Specialists

Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in operations or a related field
* Strong communication and organizational skills
