About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Biotechnology Specialist to join our team at Nutropy, a leading company in the development of animal-free dairy products. As an Analytical Technician, you will play a crucial role in our precision fermentation technology, responsible for designing, planning, executing, and analyzing experiments to quantify and identify metabolites and proteins.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute experiments to optimize our precision fermentation process
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with our research and development team to develop new products and processes
  • Conduct product characterization and quality control
  • Manage laboratory inventory, consumables, and solutions
  • Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in molecular biology, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in English, with a working knowledge of French
