Your Role:
As a member of a team guided by an Accounting Group Manager, you will be part of a department comprising approximately 90 professionals.
Your primary focus will be managing the general and analytical accounting for a selection of subsidiary entities.
Key responsibilities include:
• Ensuring adherence to internal protocols
• Overseeing the accounting output
• Managing monthly financial closures and consolidation timelines
• Preparing tax filings, returns, and financial reports
• Engaging in budgeting processes and financial analyses
• Collaborating with the Controlling division and other Head Office departments.
Your Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline
- Experience: 5 years of proven experience in an accounting firm or a reputable organization
- Skills: Proficient in Excel and ERP accounting systems, such as Workday Finance
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, with a strong sense of accountability and technical expertise
- Personality Traits: Dynamic, dedicated, adaptable, and eager for personal growth
