Salary

The estimated salary for this position is around €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
  • Manage Yousign's offices in Paris and Caen, ensuring a positive working environment.
  • Improve remote working conditions, including organizing events and benefits.
  • Oversee and manage suppliers, such as IT, cleaning, and plumbing services.
  • Manage orders and their follow-up for various supplies.
  • Fulfill the budget and invoices with the accounting department.
  • Manage access and administration of service platforms.
  • E nsure health and safety in the offices, including emergency procedures, badges, and personal protective equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a rigorous, organized, and dynamic individual with excellent communication skills. Key qualities include:

  • A strong ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent empathy and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Motivation, proactivity, and autonomy.
  • A great level of French and English language proficiency to connect with our multicultural team.
  • Proficiency in using G Suite, Excel, Slack, and Notion.
