Position description:
To engage in and oversee high-quality, centralized, standardized, and automated payroll and time management operations for clients and end-users within an outsourced payroll service framework. This role aims to assist management in achieving operational excellence, enhancing user experience, and ensuring integrated end-to-end delivery of People & Organization processes and systems in compliance with local legal and statutory obligations. Act as a liaison between Cluster and Team Payroll Managers, along with other Payroll/ P&O functions, to align on processes and facilitate automation with a cross-country perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effective implementation of the P&O Services and strategic objectives within a designated client group.
- Coordinate and support processes and standards for all aspects of P&O Services (e.g., services, processes, continuous improvement) in close collaboration with the relevant Practice Networks and IT as necessary.
- Establish contracts and set expectations with Unit P&O and other relevant parties regarding the services provided by P&O Services, ensuring that roles and responsibilities for end-to-end processes are clearly defined and understood.
- Assist in conducting periodic cost and efficiency analyses to support productivity goals.
- Deliver and present essential data to supervisors and provide insights and support in data analysis and evaluation.
- Participate in budget planning discussions and the Service Level Agreement (SLA) process.
- Oversee the performance of operations.
- Engage in or lead P&O Services Projects at the country or Business Unit level.
- Report technical complaints, adverse events, or special case scenarios related to products within 24 hours of receipt.
Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent education.
- Relevant payroll diploma or certification in France.
- Proficient in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Several years of pertinent experience in payroll coordination and process management.
- Extensive expertise in HR/SAP systems.
- Ability to collaborate across boundaries.
