Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Governor to join our team at Evian Resort. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of our hotel, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and emails from the Housekeeping department, coordinating and dispatching information to teams as needed.

  • Oversee purchases, review invoices, and control expenses for the service.

  • Plan and organize the work of the team, ensuring efficient use of resources.

  • Manage staff schedules and activity times.

  • Prepare and submit requests for contractor contracts (extra, CDD, etc.).

  • Manage certain orders for teams.

  • Contribute to the development of commercial strategy.

  • In periods of high activity, reinforce the service on the floors as an Administrative Governor.

Requirements:

  • Hotel management degree or equivalent experience.

  • Strong administrative skills and experience in hotel operations.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in computer software and tools.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Fluency in English.
