As an integral member of our IT team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust and scalable infrastructure solutions. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and supporting our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage infrastructure projects from conception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop and implement comprehensive infrastructure strategies aligned with AMF's business goals and technological advancements.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of existing infrastructure systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in cloud computing, virtualization, and network security.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure management and cloud technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware), operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), and database technologies (SQL Server).
- Experience with container orchestration platforms and private cloud environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
