Job Title: Infrastructure Project Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our team at emagine Consulting. As an Infrastructure Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of infrastructure projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and closure of infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including project team members, vendors, and customers, to ensure that project requirements are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budget reports
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure that project deliverables are met, and that the project is delivered on time and within budget
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or management role, preferably in the IT or infrastructure industry
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
