We are currently in search of a Corporate Governance Specialist (M/F) to join our team on a permanent basis.
In this role, reporting to the team manager, you will be responsible for overseeing companies based in Luxembourg in various capacities:
- Facilitating company onboarding and structuring processes
- Overseeing daily management operations
- Coordinating board meetings and general assemblies, as well as drafting legal documentation
- Engaging with notaries, financial institutions, and Luxembourg regulatory bodies
- Managing banking documentation and compliance obligations
- Assisting in the establishment and organization of the Luxembourg office
Your qualifications include:
- A degree in law or substantial knowledge of Luxembourg corporate legislation
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in a comparable position
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous
- Proficiency in KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
- A proactive and organized work ethic
- Effective skills in task management and prioritization
