You will be part of a dynamic brigade of 40 individuals within a prestigious 5-star Hotel Resort, encompassing a Spa, Casino, two restaurants, three bars, a conference space, and a theater, with a total of 280 employees.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain kitchen equipment for optimal functionality.
  • Execute food preparation tasks according to chef instructions.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the kitchen environment.
  • Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols set by the Chef and Management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
