Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a rigorous compliance policy, working closely with the Head of Compliance and other departments.
- Manage day-to-day compliance tasks, including onboarding, sanctions screening, and investment due diligence.
- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze the applicable national and international regulatory environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.
- Collaborate with other departments on special projects and compliance initiatives.
- You have a Master's degree in Compliance, Business, or Law, with 3+ years of experience in a regulated industry, consultancy, or law firm.
- You have a strong understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements, particularly in France and Luxembourg.
- You are self-motivated, a self-starter, and have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect easily with colleagues and stakeholders.
- You are a team player, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize your actions.
- You are fluent in French and English, with a plus for crypto knowledge.
- A competitive fixed compensation package, ranging between €45,000 and €55,000.
- Participation in Fipto's success through a BSPCE (equity participation plan).
- RTT rest days (8 to 12 days per year).
