L'Assistant Store Manager H/F est un poste clé dans notre équipe Luxe Talent France. Vous serez chargé de contribuer au développement commercial de notre boutique parisienne spécialisée dans le prêt-à-porter pour enfant.

Missions
  • Accompagner les clients locaux et internationaux pendant leur expérience d'achat pour maximiser leur fidélité.
  • Contrôler et respecter les normes en matière de présentation visuelle, merchandising et story telling.
  • Analyser les KPI's pour atteindre les résultats attendus en collaboration avec la directrice.
  • Réaliser un reporting et adapter le plan d'action de ce dernier.
  • Gérer les stocks (commande et réception).
  • Gérer les outils CRM.
Profil recherché

Nous recherchons des profils ayant déjà une expérience managériale confirmée (minimum 3 ans) en tant que Store Manager ou Assistant Store Manager, idéalement dans l'univers du prêt-à-porter haut-de-gamme.

Diplômé(e) en commerce/management, vous possédez les qualités suivantes :

  • Sens de l'initiative et approche orientée client.
  • Attitude confiante, résistance au stress et excellentes qualités d'organisation.
  • Esprit d'équipe et capacité à la gestion des conflits.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des systèmes de planification d'entreprise.
  • Anglais courant, la maitrise d'une autre langue est un véritable plus.

Passionné(e) par le secteur du retail et du prêt-à-porter, vous êtes à l'affut des dernières tendances de mode actuelles.
