Our Mission

The HĀORA pole, which focuses on the environment and the QEB (Quality Environmental Building) activity, accompanies teams and partners towards modern, engaged, and responsible engineering. Our teams develop proposals at urban and building scales and provide concrete solutions on various topics such as energy efficiency, carbon reduction, circular economy, and waste management.

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct or lead energy and environmental studies on construction and rehabilitation projects, including carbon footprint analyses
  • Propose technical solutions and optimizations to reduce carbon footprint: certification, reuse, search for less carbon-intensive variants, bio-sourced materials, or renewable energies
  • Ensure project management on the QEB aspect at each stage: competitions, design phases, site reception, and operation
  • Counsel and accompany clients and project partners on energy and environmental issues
  • Participate actively in internal professional communities, working circles, and external reflections, as well as our RDI pole
  • Collaborate on competition notes to acquire new projects in your region, in France, and in neighboring countries
  • Monitor technical and regulatory developments in the environment
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field, with 2-5 years of experience in environmental engineering and project management.

You should have expertise in at least one of the following areas: carbon, grey energy, and circular economy – natural lighting – dynamic thermal simulations – alternative rainwater treatment – energy renovation – environmental and energy certifications (HQE, Breeam, BDM, Minergie, Biodivercity, etc.).

You should have strong convictions about the environment, solid foundations in energy and building, a passion for innovation, and a willingness to give meaning to your work.

You should have a strong affinity for digital tools and innovation.

Above all, you should have a strong sense of initiative, enjoy teamwork, and appreciate social activities.
