Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent & Culture Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent. You will work closely with our leadership team to drive business results and create a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage performance management processes to drive business results
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees on HR-related matters
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct investigations and disciplinary hearings as needed
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualification or degree in Human Resources
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
