Job Description
As a Department Head - General Affairs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our agency. You will be responsible for overseeing the management of both movable and immovable assets across various locations. Your key responsibilities include:
- Team Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate department activities, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Real Estate Strategy: Define and implement the agency's real estate strategy in alignment with national guidelines, ensuring optimal utilization of our facilities.
- Project Management: Lead renovation projects for territorial offices and headquarters reorganization, overseeing budgets and timelines effectively.
- Archival Operations: Oversee archival operations in collaboration with departmental archives, ensuring the secure and efficient management of records.
- Documentation Services: Review documentation services and propose operational improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Space Optimization: Propose strategies for optimizing office spaces and overall agency functioning, promoting a productive and comfortable work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in team management within a general affairs setting. You possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong commitment to excellence, and the ability to thrive in complex environments. Your expertise in real estate management, public procurement procedures, and technical knowledge of general affairs is essential for success in this role.
