A New Hospital in 2027
Located on the south bank of the Loire, a new hospital will be built in 2027. It will bring together, on a single site, the activities of short-stay medicine, surgery, and obstetrics requiring access to a high-level technical platform, currently dispersed between two sites (Hôtel-Dieu and Hôpital Nord-Laennec), and an Institute of Health Research (IRS 2020). Its construction represents a unique opportunity to build a healthcare, teaching, and research facility that meets the ambitions of tomorrow's medicine. It will be the foundation of the future health quarter, a European-scale project that will also bring together: the Faculty of Health, paramedical schools, research institutes, and a health incubator. This original ecosystem composed of teachers, healthcare professionals, researchers, and entrepreneurs will promote medical innovation and its rapid transfer to patient care.
With 1,527 beds and places, and an increase in critical care beds (10%), the new hospital will offer 64% of outpatient stays in a more modern, connected, and comfortable environment for both patients and healthcare professionals.
MissionThe ITUN IMAD Dermatology, Hematology, Oncology, and Medicine (PHU1) is one of the 12 clinical poles of the CHU de Nantes. Two institutes (Institute of Transplantation Urology, Nephrology / Institute of Digestive Diseases) are affiliated with PHU 1.
It includes: 2 surgery services: digestive and endocrine cancer surgery / urology surgery. 3 specialized medicine services: hepatogastroenterology-assisted nutrition, nephrology with a hemodialysis center, and dermatology: 1 hematology service, and an allergy platform. 2 outpatient platforms; HDJ oncology - HDJ non-oncology medicine
You are responsible for coordinating the management teams and projects in medical-soignant convergence (department head, service chiefs, healthcare management) to support the organization, continuity, and diversity of care services in collaboration with the department management (department director, administrative manager), the platform management (director and healthcare manager).
You are responsible for implementing delegation of management in the areas of human resources, materials, and finances; developing the department project in line with the establishment project; developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the annual department contract in collaboration with the department head, controller, platform management 1, and the healthcare manager of PHU 1.
You will also accompany the implementation of institutional objectives concerning patient care and transpose the care project within the department. This work is carried out in partnership with the care coordination and the department head of PHU 1 in an academic dimension; Ensure a hierarchical function and animate the management of a team of healthcare managers; Accompany individually and collectively healthcare managers in the evaluation of patient care; Ensure the organization of the evaluation of professional practices and the management of risks for non-medical staff in consultation with medical service chiefs and the department head.
ProfileHealthcare Management Diploma - Holder of a university diploma (Master 2 highly recommended)
Expected experiences: Experience in healthcare organization, management of various services, - Professional career involving significant responsibilities - Involvement in transversal working groups or project groups - Training related to management (team animation, conflict management, communication, project management, quality, risk management related to patient care).
Working hours: Weekly working hours 39h 20 RTT annual leave - Healthcare managers' permanence on weekends and public holidays (2 to 3 per year)
