**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Apprentis d'Auteuil, a leading organization in the field of social economy and solidarity. As an Administrative Assistant for Events, you will be responsible for supporting the Event Coordinator in planning and executing various events at our site.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the organization and logistics of events, including venue setup, signage, and coordination with vendors.
- Manage event databases, track RSVPs, and send reminders to attendees.
- Prepare and distribute event materials, such as flyers, brochures, and press releases.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or event management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
