Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support for events held at our headquarters in Paris. As an Administrative Assistant in Event Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our Foundation's events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks, including event planning, coordination, and execution
  • Handle database maintenance, mailing activities, and other administrative duties
  • Support the preparation and execution of public events, including legal authorization processes
  • Assist with meeting minutes, correspondence, and other administrative tasks
  • Contribute to event logistics, documentation, and budget management
  • Participate in internal and external communications, including brand promotion and community engagement

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or event management roles
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database tools
  • Passion for social impact and collaborative work environments
