Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Product Manager for Pet Food Nutrition to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that contribute to commercial growth by understanding and analyzing the needs of the nutrition market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that contribute to commercial growth by understanding and analyzing the needs of the nutrition market.
- Manage the entire product development cycle, from development to commercialization, in collaboration with associated teams.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from release to end-of-life, analyzing results, verifying quality, profitability, and evolution, and coordinating the resolution of product-related problems.
- Organize decision-making bodies, establish, monitor, and guarantee the achievement of KPIs, share product and service development data.
- Interact and work closely with colleagues in the Netherlands.
- Guarantee the level of service to customers to improve their products.
- Present new products to sales teams, animate sales actions, contribute to training and the creation of sales support tools.
- Participate actively in customer events.
- Work closely with global marketing teams to increase sales and market share.
We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree or equivalent from a scientific background, such as biochemistry, agro-school, or chemistry. You should have 5-7 years of experience in similar functions, BtoB markets, and international/matrix organization environments, preferably in the feed sector.
You should have a strong understanding of marketing techniques and tools, as well as knowledge of feed company products and production techniques and their constraints. You should be able to build intra-team relationships and collaborate in a global environment at all levels of the organization.
Fluent English is mandatory, and French is an asset.
BenefitsWe offer a CDI – Full Time – Executive position with a salary depending on experience, a lunch card, and RTT. The position is located mainly in Elven (56) with 2 days of home office and 1 week a month in the Netherlands.
