Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Product Manager for Pet Food Nutrition to join our team in Elven, France. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies that contribute to commercial growth by understanding and analyzing the needs of the nutrition market.
You will manage the entire product development cycle, from development to commercialization, in collaboration with the associated teams. This includes technical and industrial feasibility, raw material sourcing, regulations, production, pricing, and more.
You will also be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle from release to end-of-life, analyzing the results of the product on the market, and comparing them to the objectives. You will verify the quality, profitability, and evolution of the product, coordinate the resolution of product-related problems, and implement corrective actions as needed.
You will interact and work closely with our colleagues in the Netherlands and guarantee the level of service to customers to improve their products. You will present new products to sales teams, animate sales actions, contribute to training and the creation of sales support tools, and participate actively in customer events.
You will work closely with marketing global teams to increase sales and market share.
RequirementsWe are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree or equivalent from a scientific background such as biochemistry, agro-school, or chemistry. You should have 5 to 7 years of experience in similar functions, BtoB markets, and international/matrix organization environments, preferably in the feed sector.
You should have a good understanding of marketing techniques and tools, as well as knowledge of feed company products and production techniques and their constraints. You should be able to build intra-team relationships and collaborate in a global environment at all levels of the organization.
You should have a good command of English and French, and ideally have knowledge of SAP.
BenefitsWe offer a CDI contract, a full-time position, and a salary depending on experience, as well as a lunch card and RTT. You will be located mainly in Elven (56) with 2 days of home office and 1 week a month in the Netherlands.
