Job Title: Turnkey Construction Coordination Manager

At Alstom, we're committed to delivering innovative transportation solutions that move people and goods efficiently. As a Turnkey Construction Coordination Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to Region throughout the Tender process, focusing on construction methodology and scheduling.
  • Develop a suitable sequence of works and tender methodology, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Assist Bid planning managers in preparing first-time chainage estimates for main activities.
  • Coordinate with product lines to perform estimations with validated assumptions.
  • Work with partners to coordinate construction activities and phasing.
  • Support the narrative explaining the schedule from a technical perspective.
As Project Support:
  • Provide support to Region during early project mobilization, focusing on construction staging, sequencing, and phasing.
  • Perform peer reviews with the OPC team and construction team to evaluate project maturity and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor construction progress and readiness of construction interfaces and method documentation.
Performance Measurement:
  • Ensure on-time delivery for each bid, including overall method statements and construction requirements.
Requirements:
  • Construction coordination experience on railway projects.
  • Good knowledge of railway systems, projects, and technologies.
  • Understanding of scheduling methods and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Conflict management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Team management skills.
