Job Title: Senior Business Analyst ServiceNow

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at DXC Technology France. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering technical requirements, performing technical analysis and design, and developing program specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in gathering technical requirements through various techniques, including facilitated workshops and interviews.
  • Develop program specifications for all levels of complexity and code programs from high-level specifications or Derived Logical Processes (DLPs) on two or more technical platforms.
  • Define technical requirements to support data conversion efforts and execute automated and manual data cleaning procedures.
  • Develop standards, templates, and procedures to aid in the development of required work products.
  • Lead a team of 4-6 company resources in the area of expertise to conclusion of a project phase.
  • Conduct performance and integration testing, analyze test results, and identify modifications or necessary improvements.
  • Establish and maintain networking relationships with middle management in client organizations.
  • Understand client needs and match them to relevant services or products, manage client expectations.
  • Communicate goals and critical success factors for the project, sell ideas persuasively, and pace communications properly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five or more years of experience in technical analysis and design, preferably within a consulting environment.
  • Strong analysis and design skills, good communication skills, ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
  • Ability to devise creative technical solutions, convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex technical problems.

Work Environment:

  • Office environment.
  • May require evening or weekend work.
