Job Description:
  • Engage and convert potential clients via telephone who have expressed interest in our services through verified lead sources.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle via phone until the client finalizes their agreement.
  • Provide guidance to clients on the most appropriate insurance options for their pets based on their needs and financial plans.
  • Maintain high-quality interactions to successfully transition prospects into valued members for their pets (dogs and/or cats).
  • All outreach is conducted solely through phone communication.
Our advisors utilize daily leads for 90% of their calls.

Profile Description:
  • Proficiency in Italian is essential.
  • Proven track record as a sales consultant.
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
