Here’s how you will contribute as a (Senior) Product Data Specialist:

  • We are a health technology firm operating a B2B marketplace in the hospital discharge management sector. We seek an individual who can delve into data to comprehend our clients' challenges, validate our hypotheses, assist in discovery initiatives, and facilitate continuous product enhancement. As a (Senior) Product Data Specialist, you will collaborate with our product team to enable data-driven decisions regarding the development of new features, formulation of launch strategies, and assessment of the team's success.
  • Your responsibilities will encompass (but are not limited to):
    • Conducting research and executing A/B tests to generate and assess ideas for new features, modeling product and feature launches to identify optimal customer segments and effective release strategies.
    • Partnering with design and product managers to map user journeys, enhancing our understanding of user needs and behaviors.
    • Creating and monitoring dashboards for new features and team KPIs, establishing baseline metrics for the improvement and enhancement of existing features.
    • Presenting key insights to product managers, design teams, and the broader management group.
    • Collaborating with the engineering team to enhance our data infrastructure and tracking capabilities, actively participating in AGILE ceremonies.

Tools you will utilize:

  • Data Warehouse: Snowflake
  • ELT: Stitch/DBT
Requirements

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related field).
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a product analyst or data analyst with a focus on product development.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into data analysis specifications and a history of generating and communicating actionable insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated experience with SQL, and a desire to enhance your skill set (LookML, Python).
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience with A/B Testing methodologies.
  • High proficiency in English (German is a plus).
