About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Room Service Manager to join our team at the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel. As a key member of our Room Service team, you will be responsible for assisting our Room Service Manager in the management, coordination, and organization of the service within the hotel. You will be attentive to customer feedback and work to maintain the high standards of quality expected by our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and coordination of Room Service operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with the Room Service team to maintain high standards of quality
- Develop and implement strategies to improve Room Service efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Fluent French and English language skills
- Previous experience in a 5-star hotel environment
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
