About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Initiatives Project Manager to join our team at Coty. As a key member of our Innovation Management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of projects through the development of project plans and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Coordinate the review of project readiness and work closely with Marketing, R&D, Supply, and Finance teams.
  • Framing and communicating project questions to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Apply the standard Supply operating strategy matrix to recommend finished good sourcing approaches.
  • Ensure issues and risks are proactively identified and mitigated through facilitation of the project team and adherence to technical and commercial qualification activities.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional partners to deliver a portfolio of initiatives that meets the brand innovation strategy.
  • Deliver project success by clarifying business objectives and expectations, delivering project success criteria, and focusing on business first and project second.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Supply Chain roles.
  • Proven track record of managing projects and delivering on time, on cost, and on quality.
  • Experience in delivering projects as a leader and/or member of a multi-functional team.
  • Project management experience, familiarity with CPS/project planning, and standard project management tools.
  • Experience in operating in a matrix structure and across borders.
  • Technical Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong understanding of new product development processes and stage gate approach.
  • Strong understanding of MRP system logic.
  • Exposure to production environment and interaction of packaging, process, and manufacturing.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project capability.
