Industrial Maintenance Supervisor (M/F)

OVERVIEW

As an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee maintenance technicians, ensuring the effective management and enhancement of industrial machinery while complying with established hygiene, safety, and environmental standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, or enhancement maintenance activities
  • Inspire, lead, and engage the maintenance technician workforce
  • Deliver training sessions for the maintenance team or clients
  • Handle spare parts procurement and monitor orders within the CMMS
  • Compile incident reports and conduct necessary reporting
  • Spot areas for improvement to boost equipment reliability, availability, and maintainability
  • Quickly notify superiors of any malfunctions or significant breakdowns
  • Occasionally fill in for technicians during their absences or vacations

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • Daytime or shift hours based on business requirements
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or be on-call
  • Possible travel to other contracts

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Possess a BAC Pro or Bac+2 qualification in MAI/MI/electrotechnics
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in maintenance
  • Technical expertise in automation, mechanics, pneumatics, and industrial electricity
  • Experienced in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
  • Proficient in technical English
  • Excellent organizational and anticipatory abilities
  • Capability to meet objectives effectively
