Position Title: Supply Chain Manager

Company: Cegelec Projets Espace - VINCI Energies

At Cegelec Projets Espace, part of VINCI Energies, we specialize in providing expert solutions in special fluids, mechanics, low current systems & security, as well as information and communication technologies, and comprehensive project management across multiple technical domains.

With a dedicated team of approximately fifty professionals, our company has been a key player in the space sector for over six decades.

We are in search of a Supply Chain Manager to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to procurement protocols from order initiation to product delivery, aligning with QHSE standards.
  • Evaluate the procurement workflow and assess the current supplier and subcontractor network.
  • Consolidate and optimize company-wide purchasing strategies.
  • Oversee supplier performance metrics (contract assessments, evaluations, conflict resolution, etc.).
  • Manage the procedures for evaluating supplier performance.
  • Draft contractual agreements post-negotiation and decision-making.
  • Supervise contract implementation (including contractual terms: amendments, subcontracting, renewals, disputes, etc.).
  • Engage in tender submissions, contract oversight, and significant procurement partnerships.
  • Assist in compliance management and fulfill ACTRADIS due diligence requirements.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations and procurement audits.
  • Administer general procurement contracts.
  • Provide comprehensive monthly procurement reports.

A minimum of three years of experience in a comparable procurement position is essential, along with a Bac +5 degree in Purchasing. Technical expertise in process equipment, instrumentation, or electrical systems, along with familiarity with the space sector, is highly desirable.

Essential Qualities:

Success in this role requires attributes such as meticulousness, independence, strong organizational capabilities, responsiveness, teamwork, and excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with operational teams. Proficiency in negotiating contracts in both French and English, as well as a strong command of MS Office, is crucial.
