Supply Chain Planning Manager

Key Objectives
- Establish and implement industrial planning methodologies (SIOP, MPS).
- Oversee the escalation procedures and routines associated with SIOP at both site and regional levels.
- Aid in achieving an optimal balance between resilience and precision in the comprehensive Supply Chain perspective.
- Offer assistance to sites facing challenges in production planning (ramp-up, new product assortment, Production Performance, and low Manufacturing Throughput).
- Provide feedback on processes and tools to foster ongoing enhancement.
- Strengthen the network of planners to elevate the organizational maturity level.
Core Responsibilities
- Regularly update and refine the SIOP process.
- Support Global Planning Directors at sites on various planning matters and governance challenges.
- Monitor site initiatives to ensure effective support is provided.
- Contributions may encompass planning techniques, governance routines, tools, and decision-making processes.
Educational Qualifications
- Degree from a university or engineering institution (Master's level).
Preferred Knowledge / Experience
- Background in project and manufacturing planning.
- Previous experience on-site.
