Physical Security Operations Lead

As a Data Center Security Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the physical security operations of our data centers in the Paris area. This includes providing guidance and direction to the contract security officers, creating and improving procedures and processes, and developing specific knowledge of the operational process paths within the data center to identify security vulnerabilities.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar role in the public or private security industry, as well as experience using data and metrics to improve processes and customer satisfaction. They must also be eligible to pass the SSIAP1 and TFP APS.
The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to learn and adapt quickly to company tools for data gathering and analysis.
